In addition to attending the Pathways Fair, employers interested in hiring law students for future internships, externships, or post-graduate positions can opt-in to receive a resume packet. The Public Service Pathways Team will collect resumes from interested students and create resume packets that will be sent to employers on February 26, 2026.
How it works:
December 1, 2025–January 30, 2026: Employers register to participate in the Pathways Fair and opt-in to participate in the resume collection.
During registration, Employers will designate their hiring interest and criteria—specifying whether they are seeking students for summer 2026, fall 2026, or post graduate employment, along with the targeted law student level (2L, 3L/4L, or law graduate).
February 2, 2026: Students will begin registering and designating which employers they would like to submit their resumes to.
February 20, 2026: Student registration for Pathways Resume Collection closes.
February 23, 2026: Public Service Pathways Team will send Employers their resume packets.
February 28, 2026: Employers and Students attend the Pathways Fair in OKC.
For Students: Learn about legal careers in public interest fields, network with public interest employers from across the state, and meet with students from different law schools.
For Employers: Engage with talented law students and recruit future public service leaders.
